Energy management for business (EMS)

An energy management system (EMS) for companies: monitoring of many sites on one DEXMA platform, consumption analysis and ready reports for ESG disclosure. Less wasted energy, hard data behind decisions.

One system of control over energy across the company

An EMS (Energy Management System) collects generation and consumption data from all of your sites and shows it on one platform, which lowers bills without spending on equipment. Instead of comparing invoices from a dozen locations, you see the whole business in real time: where energy is lost, which plant is out of line, when consumption rises outside working hours. We deploy the system on the DEXMA platform, integrate meters and inverters, and generate ESG reports automatically instead of collecting data by hand before an audit. We run the project from the energy audit, through installing the measurement, to continuous care of the system across its whole lifecycle.

Why it is worth it

Every site in one place

Generation, consumption and cost from each location on one screen. You compare plants, branches and shops without collecting invoices by hand.

Ready ESG reports

The system calculates consumption, emissions and energy indicators. Reports for ESG disclosure and audits are produced automatically, from data rather than estimates.

Lower bills without equipment spend

Visibility of consumption and catching waste lowers bills with no investment in hardware. We point to the specific sites and hours where money is lost.

Alerts on anomalies

The system reacts to unusual consumption, faults and equipment running after hours. You learn about a problem the same day, not from the invoice.

Integration with your installations

We combine data from meters, inverters, battery storage and EV chargers. One system instead of several separate apps from different suppliers.

Care across the whole lifecycle

Certified engineers (UDT, SEP) configure, maintain and develop the system. Continuous care of the installation: you pay for the result, not for a single deployment.

from PLN 1,500
Monitoring of one site

Measurement and platform access; the full EMS platform is quoted individually

Separate meters or one EMS platform for the whole company?

Criterion EMS platform (DEXMA) Separate meters and invoices
View of many sites at once One dashboard Each site separately
Comparison between locations Automatic By hand in a spreadsheet
ESG reports Generated from data Collected before the audit
Detection of losses and anomalies Real-time alerts After the invoice, with a delay
Response to a problem The same day After the settlement month

Choose EMS platform (DEXMA) if:

  • You have several or a dozen sites to control
  • You report energy and ESG data (CSRD, ISO 50001, audits)
  • You want to compare plants and catch waste as it happens

Choose Separate meters and invoices if:

  • You have one small site with a simple load profile
  • You do not carry out energy or ESG reporting
  • You are not planning any extension or integration

The process

Company energy audit

We analyse invoices, load profiles and existing installations across every location. We establish where energy is lost and what saving potential can be recovered.

Measurement and data integration

We fit meters and sensors and connect inverters, batteries and chargers. Data flows to the DEXMA platform from every site, online and automatically.

Platform and report configuration

We set up dashboards for the board and for maintenance, define the indicators, the alarm thresholds and the report templates for your ESG disclosure.

Optimisation and continuous care

From the data we recommend actions: tariff changes, shifted consumption, battery sizing or automation. The system grows with the company.

Your questions answered

What is an energy management system (EMS) for business?
An EMS is a platform that collects data on energy consumption and generation from all of a company's sites and presents it in one place. It monitors cost, detects losses, raises alarms on anomalies and produces reports for disclosure. In practice it turns invoices and meter readings into a clear picture of where and when the company loses energy.
Does the EMS handle many sites and locations at once?
Yes, that is its main advantage. Every plant, branch, shop or warehouse appears on one dashboard. You can compare locations, indicators per unit of production and cost, and the system itself flags sites that are out of line. We scale the DEXMA platform from one location to several dozen.
How does an EMS help with ESG reporting?
The system calculates energy consumption, emissions and energy indicators from real meter data rather than estimates. Reports for ESG disclosure, the CSRD directive or the ISO 50001 standard are generated automatically, at any moment. That shortens audit preparation from weeks to hours and reduces the risk of error.
How much does an EMS really lower energy bills?
In most companies, visibility of consumption and catching waste alone (equipment running after hours, oversized capacity, unsuitable tariffs) lowers bills with no investment in new equipment, but the scale depends on the load profile and the tariff, which is why we calculate it on your invoices. Further savings come from optimisation: shifted consumption, battery sizing and automation.
What does an energy management system for a company cost?
Monitoring of one site starts from PLN 1,500 for the measurement and platform access. The full multi-site EMS platform, the ESG reporting module and the energy audit are quoted individually, because cost depends on the number of sites, measurement points and reporting scope. We estimate the saving potential on the last twelve months of invoices before anything is deployed.
What is the DEXMA platform you work on?
DEXMA is a mature platform for monitoring and analysing energy consumption, used by companies and institutions across Europe. It collects data from a range of meters and devices and supports dashboards, indicators and reports. We configure it around your company's profile and integrate it with existing installations.
Do I have to replace my current meters and installations?
Usually not. An EMS integrates data from equipment you already have: meters, inverters, battery storage and EV chargers. Where measurement is missing we add extra meters and sensors. The aim is one coherent system, not replacing everything from scratch.
Where does an EMS deployment start?
With an energy audit. We analyse invoices, load profiles and existing installations to establish where energy is lost and what saving potential can be recovered. On that basis we design the measurement and platform scope, and start the system in stages, beginning with the most important sites.
Who looks after the system after deployment?
Sun Valley Energy. We work on a continuous care model, which means we are responsible for the system across its whole lifecycle: configuration, maintenance, updates and development. Certified engineers (UDT, SEP) respond to alerts and review the data periodically, proposing the next improvements.
